Join instructors Amy Hepburn and Areta Verschoor for Sunrise & Smiles, a free yoga class for all ages at Forest Park Beach on Saturday, June 14, from 9:15–10:00 am. Meet at the North Pavilion, bring your yoga mat, and enjoy a relaxing and energizing start to your day with the whole family.
Stick around afterward for light refreshments, courtesy of A&N Mortgage. Non-residents are welcome—beach parking passes will be provided.
