Kids Kottage Guidelines

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all children and families, please review and follow the guidelines below:

• Strict 1.5-Hour Limit: A maximum babysitting time of 1.5 hours is enforced.
• Age Range: Kids Kottage welcomes children ages 4 months to 8 years.
• On-Site Requirement: Parents must remain in the Lake Forest Fitness Center while their child is in Kids Kottage.
• Diaper Changes: You will be notified if your child needs a diaper change. Please dispose of dirty diapers in the sealed café garbage can.
• Reservations: Child care reservations may be made up to 1 week in advance and no later than 24 hours before arrival.
• Timely Arrivals: Please arrive at your reserved time. We cannot guarantee care if you arrive early.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your reserved time.
• Nut-Free Policy: Only send nut-free snacks with your child.
• Label Belongings: Clearly label all bottles, bags, and personal items.
• Personal Items: Staff are not responsible for any personal belongings brought into Kids Kottage, including toys, blankets, and pacifiers.
• Health & Safety: Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning after an illness. If your child is diagnosed with a contagious condition, notify the Fitness Center immediately.
• Right to Refuse Care: Staff reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to health or safety concerns.
